Totoholding Co., Ltd. was established alongside Ebisu Ramen. The brand’s origin comes from the founder and CEO, Mr. Chinnavuth Chulkaivalsucharit, who wanted to create a comfort everyday food that people could enjoy daily, with a passion for ramen. It started with homemade noodles in a Yatai-style format, where chefs prepare the ramen directly fresh for customers, at an affordable price start at 68 THB. The first branch opened in Petchkasem or Bangkae, operating under a franchise model because the goal was to make Ramen accessible for anyone to make. Everything was set up with standardized processes and systems. Nowsaday, there are 57 branches across Thailand.
